Episode 41: Behind the Scenes (BTS) - Strategies to Avoid Burnout

It’s time for another behind-the-scenes look at our business, and we’re so excited to share this one with you! This month a big conversation for us was the workloads we each have and the sustainability of them, which is why we wanted to dedicate an episode to this subject.

The purpose of this episode is to encourage you to think about your own workload and processes, even if you’re a solopreneur. What is sustainable right now, and what is not sustainable in the long-term for you? Where could your systems get better so that things could feel more sustainable, and what can you remove to give yourself more freedom?

All 3 of us are really committed to living out the values of balancing work and life outside of work. We’ve always felt that we want to move at a pace that lets us feel well, feel creative, and be in alignment with our values, and today we reveal a few examples of what we’re doing to make this happen.

As you’ll hear in this episode, we’re relaunching our next cohort of Purposeful Business very soon, on April 18th, 2022! If you are not already on the waitlist and this episode is making you excited to take part, you’ll want to sign up here to be the first to get information on when you can reserve your spot!

If you love this episode, make sure to head over to Apple Podcasts or your favorite podcast app and leave us a review! As a small business, those acts of free support mean so much to us, and they allow us to continue to produce our content for free. We appreciate you so much, and we’re excited to see your reviews!
