Episode 63: How to Ask for What You Need as a New Business Owner with Meggie Owsiak

It’s Amy here today and I’m with my friend Meggie from Everyday Best Buy, who started her Instagram account in January 2021, while she was on maternity leave with her second child. Since then, I’ve watched Meggie’s account grow and I’ve been so proud of her ability to network and ask her family, friends (including me!) and followers for help along the way.

In this episode, Meggie is sharing a behind-the-scenes of her journey moving from a corporate career to building a successful online business. In addition to learning about how she leveraged her network during this process, Meggie shares her strategy for using Instagram Stories versus the Feed, the best way to grow on Instagram right now, her advice for busy side hustlers who have a dream like she did, and much more!

A lot of people are where Meggie was just a short time ago, and are just starting to dream about doing something on their own, which is why I’m so excited to be bringing you this conversation with her today. If you enjoy this episode, Meggie and I would be so honored if you share it on Instagram and tag us, @everydaybestbuy and @pursuingherpurpose.
