Episode 62: How to Work Through Imposter Syndrome

Imposter syndrome is a BIG topic that impacts a lot of us. We get it, as there are times we have felt imposter syndrome too, and it’s our job as business owners to recognize what’s coming up for our students, our listeners, and our community as well. It’s also our job to put ourselves back in your shoes and to think back to when we were starting our business, and what impacted us at the beginning stages of Pursuing HER Purpose. This is why we just knew that we needed to dedicate an entire episode to imposter syndrome!

We want this episode to be a reminder that as humans we’re going to fail, but it’s up to each of us to get back up, to keep learning, and to keep adjusting. It’s time to stop overthinking and to start executing in your business, and when you start to think big and think confidently about yourself and what you are doing right now, you are going to start doing bigger things.

We hope that you can use some of the tips and can take from the research that we pulled into this episode. As always, if there is someone you know that could benefit from this message, we’d be so grateful if you shared the episode and tagged us on Instagram, @pursuingherpurpose. See you next week!
